SUMMARY:

Supervise the activities of the bingo staff during bingo games to ensure maximum sales and the integrity of the game.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constantly watch the bingo staff to ensure that they are courteous and friendly with customers and that they are making maximum effort to sell.
• Schedule shift personnel and monitor performance.
• Sell pull tabs to customers and handle money quickly and accurately.
• Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding pull tabs purchases, winners, etc.
• Assist the bingo staff with their check out procedures at the end of the evening.
• Make daily assignment of sections and schedules for the Floor Clerks.
• Assist Bingo Manager in maintaining inventory, ordering, storage, and inventory control of material and supplies for the department.
• Make sure all sections have adequate coverage.
• Conduct meetings with bingo staff prior to bingo sessions.
• Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Cash handling experienced required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER

• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
