```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos to meet the needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work primarily as a second shoot on weddings. If you have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities:```
- Capture and edit high-quality images and videos for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Set up and adjust lighting equipment as needed
- Direct subjects during photo shoots to achieve desired poses and expressions
- Submit memory card to head photographer for editing
-- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

```Skills:```
- Proficient in post-production techniques and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with photo manipulation and editing
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software
- Knowledge of film cameras and traditional darkroom techniques is a plus
- - Excellent photography skills, including composition, lighting, and framing
- Understanding of journalistic principles for capturing candid moments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
