Biomedical Photographer performs wide variety of photographic functions in a medical setting. Takes photographs and prepares images, slides, or prints of subjects used for archives, educational materials, legal proceedings, and scientific literature. Being a Biomedical Photographer photographs patients, operating room procedures, autopsy and laboratory specimens and other medical subjects. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Biomedical Photographer may require a technical certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Biomedical Photographer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Experience:
· An associate degree in BMET or Electronics.
· 1-3 years of experience in infusion pump repairs is required and/or a certification (CBET preferable) is required.
Qualifications:
· BMETs must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of medical equipment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
· Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and customer relations skills.
· Experience with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software is needed.
· Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
· Project management experience is a plus.

Job Description
Elite is looking for a BMET with infusion pump repair experience. The BMET will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing, PM, and maintaining all biomedical equipment belonging to Elite Biomedical Solutions (EBS) or its customers independent of technical supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research and build testing systems for testing of EBS parts.
· Creating PM sheets for Testing systems and medical equipment to be repaired and/or tested.
· Search and quote parts for afore mentioned systems, parts for boards harvesting and software.
· Training and mentoring other technicians.
· Quality is a priority. Warranty returned repairs are subject to being subtracted from daily quota requirements.
· Perform PD testing as needed.
· Participate in the Elite Basic Service Training program by presenting or “helping hands”.
· Take part in occasional hospital On-Site PM / Repairs.
