Supporting all administrative needs of the IAS. General clerical duties appropriate to the role to include reception, photocopying, ordering reporting faults, filing, booking appointments, scanning, dealing with post.
Routine typing of clinical correspondence.
Develop systems and templates to support and organise IAS activity including scheduling of appointments.
Liaising with service users and families, General Practitioners (GPs) and other referrers plus multi disciplinary professionals to provide integrated assessment, diagnosis, support and care.
