Are You Our Next Surety Bond Processing Specialist?
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Insurance Policy Processing, Mortgage Closing, Loan Processing, or Paralegal work. Experience in surety bond processing is highly preferred.
You will thrive in a consistent work environment, excelling in tasks that require precision. In this role, you will be the key liaison between contractor clients and surety companies, ensuring the efficient processing and management of bonds. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to our sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Process, issue, and manage bond documents with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor clients, providing prompt and accurate information on bonds and procedures.
- Support sales representatives by ensuring they have all necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database and prepare regular reports on bond processing activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters and surety companies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in surety bond/insurance processing preferred. Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or paralegal work is also relevant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems. Experience with Bond Pro is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Property and Casualty License is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
