We are a large corporation looking to hire bail bond agents who "live" in Marshall, Lincoln and Moore Counties TN. We offer top of the line training with our staff of highly experienced people. FBI background and drug tests are required. Must be TAPBA certified OR able to attend an 8-hour class May 17th in Sevierville TN.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate bail bond applications to determine eligibility and risk assessment.
- Interview clients to gather necessary information and explain the terms and conditions of the bail bond agreement.
- Prepare and process legal documents, including contracts and promissory notes.
- Collect and verify financial information from clients to assess their ability to meet payment obligations.
- Calculate and set appropriate bail bond amounts based on established guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with bail bond agreements, including ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and court personnel to facilitate the release of defendants.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client information, and case details.
Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in basic math, 10-key typing, and financial calculations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, law enforcement personnel, and legal professionals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and assessing financial information.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on established guidelines and regulations.
