Position Description:
The Quality Manager’s primary role is to oversee and support field-based quality efforts for all projects within their assigned region or a single large project that requires a dedicated QC staff member. The Quality Manager provides support by reviewing specifications and developing project specific quality plans, inspection and test plans, providing guidance on quality questions, assisting with quality audits, and attending project meetings. The Quality Manager provides oversight for the Project Management teams and third-party quality and/or inspection personnel. This role reports to the Quality Control Program Manager and interacts with stakeholders within Project Management, Estimating, Business Development, Field Operations, clients, consultants, and vendors.
