Being a Bookkeeper follows bookkeeping procedures established by the organization. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Additionally, Bookkeeper typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Bookkeeper works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Position Overview:
The successful Bookkeeper will be based in our Courtney Office and report to the Business Manager. The position will lead payroll for over 70 employees at Onsite Engineering and working along side our accounting team and administrators. This position will include processing payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, fleet management and year end financial working papers. This position will be working with and assisting the team of administrators in other offices.
