Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Managing QuickBooks Online for multiple related businesses
Development entities
Property management
Construction management
Construction bank draw activity, submitting draws, answering bank questions, and working with inspectors from the office.
Management of other software including
AppFolio for property management
Northspyre or similar for construction
AR and AP administration, bank deposits
Interfacing with the external accounting team
Payroll administration
Periodic and on-demand reporting of business metrics
Helping keep two founders/business owners financially organized and well informed.
Successful candidates will have strong full-charge bookkeeping experience and the ability to be efficient transactionally while also working with the owners on big-picture financial reporting and forecasting.
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction management is ideal.
Salary will depend on experience.
