Job Description: As a Senior Bookkeeper-Team Lead, you will join an established team to manage your own set of location financials. You will manage, supervise, and train
bookkeepers that report to you. The bookkeepers you will be over will have a different location than you. Daily, you will record all financial transactions, including cash
payments, into the correct general ledger and verify that they are accurate in addition to maintaining all financial records, processing payroll, managing an open line of communication
with the operating director for the locations in which you are assigned to. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a professional bookkeeper and has experience managing a team and training new team members.
Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure:
Supervise, train, and manage remote bookkeeper team
Review financial transactions for accuracy and input transactions into the correct ledger
Reconcile bank and other accounts
Pay vendors as they come due
Make deposits and record all cash receipts
Process company payroll and weekly invoices
Work through aged accounts receivables
