Our Insurance and Risk Management firm was founded in 1927 as part of the Bridgeport State Bank. In 2014, Andrew Plummer purchased the agency from Steve and Helen Plummer.  For over 40 years, we've been providing sound Insurance and Risk Management advice to clients as a family-owned company. We focus on Risk Management as a way to establish credibility as Insurance Advisors, and are looking for an established Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our close-knit team, assisting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Beyond having the qualifications of a long-standing, reputable Insurance Agency in Colorado and Nebraska, we're authentic people who like to get the job done for our clients and have a great balance of work and life! We are looking for an account manager who wants to work in an organization that's large enough to make it happen for our clients with our capabilities, but small enough to have daily recognition and open doors straight to the top! Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.

Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.

Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the insurance claims process, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide personalized service and address any concerns.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. More than that, likeable as a person, and a fan of helping solve problems!

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and has a habit of double and triple-checking work

Team-minded with an ability to work as an assistant to coworkers

Licensing, Education and Experience Requirements:

State of Nebraska Insurance P&C License (will provide assistance to help obtain)

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.

Professional Designations (CIC, CISR) highly preferred, but not required
