Branch Office Manager manages all aspects of the onsite branch office. Collects and analyzes data for the project and makes the development strategy. Being a Branch Office Manager provides technical support for the marketing staff. Evaluates the scope of the engineering or architecture project and provides recommendations for improvement. The main responsibility of this position is to effectively manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the office. Previous experience in AR and AP a must.
The Branch Office Admin will report to the Branch Manager, as well as indirectly reporting to the Regional Accounts Receivable Manager.
Specific Responsibilities
v Accounts Receivable
· Process credit applications for new customers
· Setup new projects and maintain pertinent paperwork in Kelley Bros software
· Maintain communication with warehouse and sales teams to track material deliveries
· Process billing (AIA, Change Orders, counter sales)
· Contact customers to collect invoiced monies
v Accounts Payable
· Review acknowledgements against purchase orders
· Pay vendor invoices within Kelley Bros software
· Process Return Good Authorizations for non-conforming product
