Branch Office Manager jobs in New Jersey

The main responsibility of this position is to effectively manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the office. Previous experience in AR and AP a must.

The Branch Office Admin will report to the Branch Manager, as well as indirectly reporting to the Regional Accounts Receivable Manager.

Specific Responsibilities

v Accounts Receivable

· Process credit applications for new customers

· Setup new projects and maintain pertinent paperwork in Kelley Bros software

· Maintain communication with warehouse and sales teams to track material deliveries

· Process billing (AIA, Change Orders, counter sales)

· Contact customers to collect invoiced monies

v Accounts Payable

· Review acknowledgements against purchase orders

· Pay vendor invoices within Kelley Bros software

· Process Return Good Authorizations for non-conforming product

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
