Overview

The incumbent is responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of all FCC systems, such as Mantas, Case Management Tool, TTMS and Bridger Insight. S/he will own the Transaction Monitoring Working Group (“TMWG)” and be responsible to report metrics on system health, continuous improvement projects pertaining to system improvements and optimization efforts. S/he will also develop and maintain KRIs, determine frequency, conduct trend analysis, and report to relevant committees as needed.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Maintain the optimal operation of all FCC systems

• Coordinate with FCC TM teams to ensure system output is producing quality results within the bank’s risk profile

Policy and procedure oversight

• Coordinate and review all Technology Governance Optimization policies, procedures and methodologies to ensure compliance with the Bank's standards and Regulatory guidelines

Continuous Improvement Program (“CIP”)

• Development of a Continuous Improvement Program that advances FCC systems and program to the next level with effective, efficient and sustainable processes

Audit and Exam coordination

• Manage all FCC system exams both internal and external exam responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting/Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline required. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Financial Services or Banking industry is required
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Project Management in AML or AML IT area is required
• CAMS certification preferred

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
