Bricklaying Supervisor supervises and directs a crew and other personnel engaged in masonry installation projects. Coordinates the activities of workers engaged in laying brick, tile, cinderblock, and other materials to construct or repair structures. Being a Bricklaying Supervisor checks the quality of work performed and directs clean up of job site. Requires a thorough knowledge of all types, shapes, and brands of bricks, mortars, and patching materials, and how to reline the ladles, tundishes and the furnace. Additionally, Bricklaying Supervisor requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a melt shop general supervisor or maintenance general supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Bandana's BBQ is looking for a person who is willing to be trained in all aspects of FOH and BOH. This employee will continue development and training until ready to be promoted to an Assistant Manager. Once training is completed and signed off by the District Manager this employee will be able to run shift operations without the presence of a salaried manager. This employee will pick up salaried manager shifts as needed to continue their development and training into an Assistant Manager.
