    • This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position. Certification must be obtained within 24 months of employment.

    Qualifications

Time-limited reassignments and changes to lower grades can be extended beyond five (5) years if the temporary activity becomes the obligated activity for placement of the employee at the end of the time-limited assignment.

When a position is obligated to an employee it means that he/she has an entitlement to that position. During the obligation period, the position may be filled on a temporary or permanent basis. When an obligated position is filled, the selected employee is required to sign an agreement acknowledging that (s)he is aware of the obligation and accepts the fact that (s)he may be displaced under reduction in force procedures at
    a later time.
