Essential Functions:
- Monitor china, silver, glassware and server station supplies and restock as needed.
- Responsible for cleaning spills and overflows on all buffet stations.

Required:- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be (16) years of age or older.
- Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to obtain all required certifications.
- Must be able to lift twenty five (25) pounds.
- Must be able to stand for up to seven (7) hours.
