Construction Building Inspectors review building plans, conduct thorough worksite inspections, create inspection reports, and monitor construction sites for process and code conformance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations within New Mexico and parts of Arizona to conduct building inspection/observation on residential and commerical buidings for tribal and non-tribal entities. 
• Gernerate field inspection reports, review building palns and specifications, work with contractor and client closely.

Qualifications

• Certified as an IRC residential or IBC general building inspector.
• Minimum experience 4 years working as building inspector.
