Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Director establishes policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and support efficient operations. Leads and develops a team of business application delivery programmers with training in the best practices and technologies. Uses knowledge of the field to keep the department's software, techniques, and tools up to date. Manages resource planning and decision-making. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior/top management. The Business Application Delivery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Business Application Delivery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     The primary role of the Hardware Installer will be focused on the delivery and installation of printers and multi-function copiers, repair and maintenance of various office equipment while providing excellent customer service.

    Major Goals and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for timely delivery and installation of printers, multi-function copiers, fax machines, and any other supplies as required
    • Confirm correct equipment is loaded by checking paperwork
    • Secure equipment to prevent damage during travel and delivery
    • Conduct daily check of delivery vehicle to ensure proper operation and to prevent potential issues
    • Ensure proper operation of machines upon installation follow-up service call, if necessary
    • Train customers staff on usage and problem solving such as, paper jams, changing toner, document feeder, duplexing, changing size of documents, scanning to email/folder, faxing options, and adding contacts to address book
    • Complete all machine paperwork with required information and submit to Administration for processing
    • Install print drivers
    • Manages various inventory
    • Other minor duties as assisgned

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds of equipment
    • Ability to drive delivery vehicle in a safe manner
    • Strict attention to detail and organized
    • Personable, customer-centric, honest, and trustworthy
    • Excellent time management: ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Self-motivated and hardworking
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates

    Qualifications Required:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Clean driving record
    • Warehouse/delivery experience is a plus
    • Background in electronics and/or mechanically inclined is also a plus
