We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of office administration, accounting, and data entry tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. From invoice processing to financial reporting, this role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities critical to our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Run financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

• Set up bank accounts and manage loan applications as required.

• Process monthly draws for contractors and employees.

• Collaborate with external trade partners and contractors to facilitate business operations.

• Manage bill payments and ensure timely settlement of obligations.

• Establish and maintain tracking systems for company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and properties.

• Manage bank accounts and cultivate strong relationships with financial and banking partners.

• Perform additional office duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office administration, accounting, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of banking procedures and financial regulations is advantageous. 

Prefer but not required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and YARDI software is highly desirable.
