The Business Intelligence Manager role is designed to lead data architecture development end to end: develop the data architecture strategy, select vendor systems and tools, implement, and hands on management of Business intelligence tools. This position will also work on creation and updates of PowerBI reports, enterprise database management and ETL. In addition, this position will monitor data issues and resolve accordingly.
This position will play a pivotal role building the data architecture and strategy and enable the future success of the company. The preferred location for this role is Broomfield, CO, but it can be hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities: • Develop data architecture strategy, project plan, lead project execution, and reporting• Select and manage data vendors and contractors. • Develop PowerBI data reports and drive insights working with business stakeholders and cross functional teams • Maintain, support and trouble shoot reports, dashboards, data middle ware and data warehouse, and ETL• Communicate data architecture setup progress and report to the leadership team. Serve as the primary point of contact for the organization's Business Intelligence systems and reports. Escalate issues and resolve working with vendors and leadership team. • Collaborate with IT project teams to assess, plan, and execute systems implementation and modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Ensure seamless integration with the ERP system implementation.
The base compensation range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 commensurate with experience.
