Business Intelligence Manager manages a business intelligence team centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making.   • Position Summary

    The Manager, Warehouse Operations directs one or more production teams within a warehouse facility and focuses on improving workflow

    processes, production efficiency, and service quality within the assigned areas. The Manager, Warehouse Operations is accountable to the

    manager of the warehouse facility.

    Key activities include monitoring performance measures, verifying safety objectives are achieved, and administering the use of processing

    equipment, packaging supplies, warehouse materials and equipment.

    Primary Accountabilities

    Operational Management (70%)

    • Perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, production planning, inventory control, and distribution
    • Improve and enhance workflow processes, production and quality; focus on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes
    • Forecast daily, weekly and monthly productivity as it relates to the center's UPLH
    • Monitor, report and work to prevent workplace losses; verify safety objectives are achieved
    • Ensure financial performance is maximized and compliance with contractual requirements is achieved Establish KPI's and key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals
    • Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials/products, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures
    • Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment
    • Monitor incoming product and ensure it is tracked and warehoused appropriately
    • Maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation
    • Enforce compliance with Company procedures regarding safety, security, housekeeping, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and waste management

    Influence (20%)

    • Maintain strong client relationships and partnerships with other departments within the Company
    • Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization
    • Develop and monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports related to safety, waste, quality, and productivity
    • Develop and deliver employee training on safe operation of material-handling equipment

    Leadership (10%)

    • Responsible for all personnel functions related to direct reports, such as hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in a lead or supervisor role preferably in a fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environment; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
    • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are advantageous in the role
    • Advanced knowledge of computer software programs, such as Excel and Word in a Windows environment, as well as prior experience with some form of warehouse automation or management software
    • Demonstrated ability in leading, training, mentoring, and motivating a team of associates
    • Ability to meet set production and quality goals and follow standard operating and safety procedures
    • Ability to work under time pressure and meet production goals
    • Work in a cost control environment while promoting excellence within the team
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proven success in managing a budget
