The BI Developer plays a critical role in the company. First, we help the business succeed by delivering IT solutions that align with business requirements that drive tactical and strategic decisions. The BI Developer enhances business efficiency and productivity by providing the most relevant and current data for decision-making processes. The BI Developer will partner with diverse business teams to understand and analyze the nature of a proposed business problem or project, define how it relates to similar systems and processes within the BI environment and build the end solution. This can include build of the functional and technical specifications as well as the development, testing, training, and support of the solution. The BI Developer has a well-rounded skillset to support the technologies, data and applications used in the BI space. Key customers include Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, Mill Finance, Mill Operations, Human Resources and Senior Leadership.
