Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Out-Patient Office. The front desk will ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office Management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and client inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Handle client complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with out-patient office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the lobby is ready for clients at the top of the morning.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a front office or client relations role within the out-patient office
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse range of clients
- Previous experience in Office Management or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
• Administrative experience: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV 89119: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
