Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and client inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Handle client complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with out-patient office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the lobby is ready for clients at the top of the morning.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front office or client relations role within the out-patient office
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
