Automated Business Solutions has been providing businesses throughout RI, MA & CT with Office Equipment Solutions, and IT Services for over 30 years. We are currently searching for an Enthusiastic Office Professional to help bring expert administrative support to our valuable clients and peers, while embracing our team environment. This position will be in our Warwick, RI office location.
This position requires an extensive volume of telephone communications with our existing customer base. No sales; but a high volume of customer interaction.
Join our team and come grow with us! Presently, we have 6 locations in 3 states and are actively growing and continuing to search for more acquisition targets, as well as constantly keeping up with best practices enabling us to grow organically.
General Responsibilities
General office administrative tasks
Account and data management
Contract management
Client communication - Heavy volume of e-mail and telephone communications with existing clients (no sales)
Report generation and fulfillment
Required
Office Experience
Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Problem solving skills
Dependable and punctual attendance
Ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Accuracy and attention to details
Manage time efficiently and effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Helpful Expertise
Experience with e-Automate a plus
Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology
