Being a Business Process Technology Consultant provides consultation regarding solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting. May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions. Additionally, Business Process Technology Consultant requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Process Technology Consultant occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant with Program Management experience with large scale program planning and delivery.
In This Role, You Will- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and more experienced management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- Communication, collaboration, and partnership / relationship building are essential, as this role will work horizontally across the Sales Practices Conduct Management organization, as well as with and across many other parts of the company.
- 7 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Process engineering experience
- Experience in the product management and development process
- Experience with project management methodologies: Agile and/or Waterfall.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Ability to lead with influence, across large stakeholder groups including senior leadership
- Ability to critically assess and address execution quality and risk
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and global environment with multiple and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and handle complex scenarios
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement independently to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, or working outside your comfort zone with a mix of business and technology professionals towards a common goal
- Consulting skills to influence outcomes and approach for critical, high visibility priorities
- Ability to communicate insights and findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
- Self-starter with high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage change.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
