ROLE
We need a Senior Systems Analysis and Support Specialist for the Naval Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). NUWCDIVNPT conducts research, development, testing, evaluation, and engineering support for submarines, autonomous underwater vehicles, and undersea weapon systems. The Electromagnetic Systems Department (Code 34) supports NAVSEA and other Naval Commands in designing tactical and strategic combat systems and sensors for U.S. Navy submarines, surface ships, aircraft, and land facilities. Your role as a Senior Systems Analysis and Support Specialist for the Electromagnetic Systems Department will be to provide a variety of services related to coordinating NMCI asset management, processing asset changes, compiling and analyzing NMCI cost and technical data, managing software life cycles, resolving service issues, and providing IT training to support to department users. RESPONSIBILITIES
General:- Lead the configuration, deployment, operation, and maintenance of complex computer systems.
- Conduct advanced systems analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Oversee vulnerability scanning, analysis, and reporting to ensure system security.
- Provide expert support in the administration of SharePoint and other IT/IA systems.
- Compile and analyze NMCI cost and technical data for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate NMCI asset orders with department NMCI Points of Contact (POCs).
- Perform asset management and reconciliation using the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET).
- Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) submissions and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve NMCI service request tickets and escalate issues as necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE- Senior-level experience in computer systems analysis and support roles, preferably within the DoD.
- Strong expertise in configuring, deploying, operating, and maintaining complex computer systems.
- Proficiency in vulnerability scanning, analysis, and cybersecurity compliance.
- At least one year of demonstrated experience with NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) hardware and software asset ordering and tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

CLEARANCE- Top-Secret Clearance

TRAVEL- Travel may be required
WORK HOURS- Full time = 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
