Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Train and supervise cafeteria staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cafeteria management or a similar role

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of bartending, kitchen management, and restaurant management is preferred
- Familiarity with shift management and coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food service management is a plus
