    The Impact You’ll Make

    As Campus & Early Career Programs Recruiter at Nextdoor, you’ll partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Senior Leadership to develop our University and Early Career talent programming. This includes defining the strategy and developing recruiting programs, partnerships, and processes as we scale over the next few years. We believe that to effectively scale Talent Acquisition, everyone involved in hiring must have the context, tools, and skills to make the best decisions possible on behalf of the business and the candidates.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Design and deliver Campus Recruiting & future Early Career Programs (e.g. apprenticeships, bootcamps, etc.)
    • Support our effort in building representative talent pipelines and ensure that both the vision and execution are shared company-wide
    • Plan and execute recruiting events to build and maintain a pipeline of talented, diverse candidates
    • Promote increased visibility and understanding of strengths and opportunities through clear, consistent reporting and story-sharing
    • Creatively explore new approaches to solving challenges and measure their effectiveness
    • Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
    • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values

    What You’ll Bring To The Team

    • 3 years of experience in Recruiting, with an emphasis within the early career space
    • 2 years of experience leading Early Career programs
    • Demonstrated program management skills
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
    • Efficiency-minded: learn quickly and have a passion for process-improvement
    • Excellent communication skills: written, oral, in-person and virtual
    • Strong time-management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Proficiency with Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Mail, etc.)
    • Values-driven approach to all things People-related
    • Commitment to building diverse, collaborative teams

    Rewards

    Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.

    The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $120,000 to $150,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your level of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.

    We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.

    Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Nextdoor employees can choose between a variety of great health plans.
