Campus Security Director directs and implements security and safety policies and procedures on campus. Manages the work activities of campus police and patrol units. Being a Campus Security Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior institutional officer. The Campus Security Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Campus Security Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Summary: The Campus Director helps with the development, implementation, and delivery of various services to enrich the Carrington College experience for our on-campus students. Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Operations the Campus Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our educational programs and our campus faculty.
