We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance and operation of University facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of success managing all skilled mechanical trades, grounds, and environmental and custodial services and require a high level of professional polish, a strong sense of urgency, and strategic initiative.
You will lead budget reporting, CAPEX Planning and maintain consistent client interaction with our Finance team to provide detail-oriented oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Facilities team.
