Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and oversees all activities of the hospital's cancer center. Responsible for developing new programs, outreach activities, and research opportunities. Being a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) implements and maintains hospital practices, procedures and objectives. Serves as liaison with all professional, administrative and support staff. Additionally, Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) creates reports on operation's activities for hospital administration to review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Faculty Position in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Physician will be responsible for management of the rehabilitation and pain needs for complex cancer patients, along with teaching and scholarly activity.

Required Qualifications
Education/Certification: Board Certified/Board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience:
Fellowship training
Spine/pain intervention experience
Job Duties:
Develop and market cancer rehabilitation program and spinal/musculoskeletal disorder clinic.
Provide complex pain medication management.
Provide clinical procedures including: nerve blocks, trigger point injections, steroid injections, botox therapy, etc.
Customize oncology rehabilitation therapy plans for patients.
General PM&R musculoskeletal medicine.
Teach residents, medical students, and other scholarly activity.
Other duties as assigned.
