We are looking for an experienced and driven Medical Office Receptionist who wants to grow with our company.
The successful candidate will be a full-time, personable, organized, and highly accurate medical receptionist, with at least 1 year of medical receptionist experience. Primary duties include but are not limited to: checking in patients for appointments and collecting co-payments. Gathering documentation as needed (HIPAA), updating patient demographics and insurance information, and prepping paperwork for physicians and patients, checking out patients after appointments, scheduling new appointments and testing.
