**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Carpet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet installation and possess a strong understanding of construction and remodeling projects.

** MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH USING A POWERSTRETCHER**

**Responsibilities:**

- Install carpets in residential and commercial settings according to project specifications

- Measure and cut carpets to fit rooms accurately

- Remove old flooring and prepare surfaces for carpet installation

- Inspect carpets for defects or damage prior to installation

- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete installation tasks efficiently

- Ensure work is completed within project timelines and meets quality standards

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in carpet installation.

- Familiarity with construction painting, blueprint reading, and fixture installation

- Knowledge of construction sites and safety protocols

- Ability to work on remodeling projects and new builds

- Proficiency in using various hand tools common in carpet installation

- Strong carpentry skills for preparing surfaces and making necessary adjustments

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Flooring installation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Hanover, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
