We specialize in the collection of defaulted commercial equipment leases, repossession and remarketing of leased equipment. We are seeking a professional team player to join our awesome staff. We offer excellent hourly pay plus commission and benefits.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collection activities such as contacting customers with defaulted leases and negotiating payment arrangements, locating leased equipment (mostly semi-trucks and trailers) and reaching out to buyers to solicit bids for resale.

Experience is a plus, but not required to apply. We will train the right individual who is a people person with a pleasant attitude.

We offer:

• Hourly pay $18.43 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
• Daytime hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Preferred Skills

• Prefer one to two years of collection experience and/or repossession and remarketing experience or sales experience
• Professional and dependable individual with strong negotiation skills, integrity, and work ethic
• Reliable team player and collaborator
• Knowledge of FDCPA laws
• Spanish/bi-lingual is a plus
