- Five years of experience in casino customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Sound judgement with high level of confidentiality.
