Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 9:30 pm (shift will vary due to business needs)
Location: Bellevue Spring District or Redmond Willows Corridor
Pay range: $67,750 - $71,000, based on skill, experience, and/or education.

Essential Functions (subject to change with proper notice)

• Reports directly to the Guest Experience Manager and works with them to facilitate FOH needs and guide the leadership of both leads and team members.
• Manages time effectively to allow time for responding to emails and other administrative tasks
• Main point of contact/coverage when Guest Experience Manager is on PTO or unavailable
• Works directly with the Chef teams and Guest Experience Manager to execute program
• Collaborates with the Guest Experience Manager about any needs or suggested adjustments to the program/operations
• Notifies Guest Experience Manager of any changes, outages, shortages or sub-par products being served
• Covers team member PTO or callouts
• Assists with maintenance and troubleshooting of FOH equipment across campus
• Verifies all cards and menus are up to date with the correct information
• Performs quality control checks on all front of the house service items
• Ensures team member timecards are correct for payroll
• Collaborates with Guest Experience Manager and FOH Leads on team member development including, but not limited to, 3/6/9-month goal setting conversations and annual reviews
• Assists in conducting on site interview as needed

Knowledge and Skills

• Entry level experience with menu planning and recipe development
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to work and lead a team within a safe manner

Education and Work Experience

• At least three years’ relative experience in kitchen and operations management in a full service, moderate to high volume Restaurant, Club, or Catering establishment
• Solid track record of success in previous assignments/operation
