- High level of computer literacy
- Experience in Reserve Anywhere a bonus, but will train

Responsibilities:
The catering sales manager will be responsible for managing the overall lifecycle of all events with an organized, professional, and energetic demeanor.
- This includes building relationships with potential and booked clients through email and telephone.
- Actively respond and follow up on all emails and phone inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with Venues, Event planners, and Vendors in the event industry.
- Creates BEO’s for each event
- Communicates with culinary staff on special instructions for events/orders
- Organize and conduct tasting with potential clients.
- Organize each event with a written write-up for staff.
- Pack supplies and goods for each event
- Hire staffing from existing list for all events
- Work as a lead on Events
- Receives tips on top of pay for worked events
- Manages employees on Events
- Manages employees at the end of event shifts
- Final invoicing to clients
- Final payments processed and given to bookkeeper
- Other duties as needed
The Catering Sales Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in , customer service, sales and a passion for food and the hospitality business.
This role requires a high level of computer literacy and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
