Responsible for driving catering sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events to enhance the resort's reputation for weddings, conferences, and special events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize catering sales. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate contacts to drive repeat business and referrals. Including prospecting and cultivate local Corporate Business accounts for meetings and events to enhance Catering Food and Beverage opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience in events management or group sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Delphi FDC. Experience in Opera is preferred.

$73,000-$80,300, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
