**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gooseneck trailer repair, fabrication, dealership operations, welding, forklift operation.
**Duties:**
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of bumper pull and gooseneck trailers
- Diagnose mechanical issues and develop solutions to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
- Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs
- electrical components
- Collaborate with dealership staff for parts procurement and technical support
- Weld metal components to repair or reinforce equipment structures
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Perform brake repairs on various types of trailers
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques
- Experience in trailer service and maintenance
- Knowledge of trailer lighting operation and maintenance practices
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and material.
- Skill in soldering electrical components
- Understanding of dealership operations related to equipment servicing
- Welding capabilities for metal repairs and fabrication
- Competence in forklift operation for material handling tasks
- Experience in brake repair for different types of gooseneck and bumper pull trailers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
