Certified EHR Trainer jobs in New York
Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
- Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments
- Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Fitness certification required
- Must be available to work 20 hours a week
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with a client in roles such as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy with the ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
