Being a Certified Nurse Midwife ensures safety and health of mother and child and identifies need for additional care. Works in conjunction with a practicing physician. Additionally, Certified Nurse Midwife requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Certified as Nurse Midwife. Requires Registered Nurse. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Certified Nurse Midwife is responsible for providing direct customer-owner care in assigned area, within the scope of privileges approved by the Joint Operating Board (JOB) or as assigned.
Qualifications:
