Certified Nurse Midwife provides professional care for patients with obstetric and gynecologic needs. Assists patients in labor and delivery, as well as postpartum care. Being a Certified Nurse Midwife ensures safety and health of mother and child and identifies need for additional care. Works in conjunction with a practicing physician. Additionally, Certified Nurse Midwife requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Certified as Nurse Midwife. Requires Registered Nurse. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to help us expand access to care at our OB/GYN practice in Hancock, Michigan. You will join a supportive team of two physicians and one certified nurse midwife at our well-established practice. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program.
