Channel Sales Manager manages a team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels. Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies. Being a Channel Sales Manager recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent or in a related area. Additionally, Channel Sales Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Channel Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Summary of Experience
    • 1 year experience in sales, preferably in coffee or cafes
    • Bachelors degree, 4 years honorable discharge US Military, or 4 years management experience
    Basic Qualifications
    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
    • Able to commute across the Mid Atlantic
    • Train customers to uphold coffee standards
    • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

    The pay range for this role is:
    50,000 - 77,500 USD per year (Ivy City Roastery)
