Job description – Collections Manager
Family Auto Group - a premier in the buy here pay here business in Upstate South Carolina is seeking individuals to work full time with them. This is a day job with the weekdays opening between 8 am to 5 pm, and some Saturdays working between 10 am to 3 pm. The essential skill is to be the primary "go to" person for the customers assigned to you, do collection calls, and to assist customer with any needs they may have concerning their auto loan.
Responsibilities and Duties
The full time Collections/ Account Manager's responsibilities primarily involve helping the customers keep their accounts up to date through collections practices, including calling on the phone consistently, texting, emailing, reaching out through social media. The Collections Manager must also be able to lead and teach other collectors that are struggling to find success.

Compensation
Your initial compensation will be based on your previous experience, and no experience is certainly fine. Our goal will be to train you well enough to be earning at least $19 an hour within your first 90 days regardless of your starting pay. We regularly do bonus incentives based on performance.
