As a Production Operator, you will play a key role to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of chemicals. You will deal with customer requirements in a professional manner to deliver the highest levels of service, safety and compliance.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Following all HS&E policies and procedures in accordance with the HS & E Management System
Preparing all chemical orders in accordance with company procedures to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers
Transporting, loading and unloading of products at site to ensure safe delivery and correct receipt
Performing chemical mixing, container re-labelling, and container filling to ensure products are of required quality for customer
Supporting periodic checks and maintenance of plant equipment to reduce breakdowns and ensure operational safety
Sampling, staging, and charging materials to chemical vessels, and control panel operations as needed

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a high school diploma
Have some experience in chemical services environment
Must be forklift certified and have experience moving chemical totes and drums
Display attention to detail
Be familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements
Be a good team player and display good communication skills
Have a full valid Driver License
Be accustomed to working in a busy, outdoor environment
Experience with inventory transactions and record keeping tasks both manual and electronic.
The hourly *pay scale for this position is $22 - $33 USD if employed in California
Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023.
