Job Overview:
Twin Lake Chemical is a small family owned and operated Chemical Manufacturer. We are seeking a Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a plant environment to ensure efficient production processes. This is a union position, after 3 month trial and training period you will enter into the Machine and Aerospace Union. The position is for the day shift however occasional overnight shifts can be expected.
Duties:
- Operate plant equipment efficiently and safely
- Monitor and adjust process variables as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Must be able to wear respiratory protection equipment and lift 50lb bags
