Majority progress to Operator A within three years, starting at $36.50.
This position is eligible to participate in our Plant Incentive Bonus (PIB) at 6%. Eligibility is determined based on individual and plant performance pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Quality, and Production.
