The plant manager is also responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, and coordinates with other MCCFC sites, and stakeholders including MCA and Global leadership and functions.

    What You Will Do...

    • Ensure compliance with all EHS (environmental, health, and safety) regulations and policies.
    • Monitor and optimize the production processes, equipment, and resources to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles and practices to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate capital projects to improve the plant's capacity, capability, and performance.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the plant's staff, fostering a culture of “safety always”, teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
    • Develop and manage the plant's budget, forecast, and performance indicators.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other people and teams, such as engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and human resources.
    • Responsible for the soundness of the overall business and alignment with Corporate directives.
    • Formulates managerial strategy for the workforce.
    • Directs issues within the operation, such as Payroll, HR, corporate management, Accounting , IT, Purchasing.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and community.

    What You Will Have...

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant management or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
    • Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and capital projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

    • The salary range for this position is $144,700 - $173,600. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
