PURPOSE
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be recognized by the RRD staff and our partners as the most senior product development expert in the company. As such, the CDO will have stellar credentials and will utilize his/her scientific and development expertise to direct and oversee all product development programs being managed by RRD. The CDO will also play a key role in supporting the activities of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and other members of Senior Management, mentoring other RRD development staff, providing leadership to the project teams, developing new partnerships, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and supporting business development.
