Chief Executive Officer- Healthcare
Our client is a growing provider of supply chain and procurement services across the United States. Funded by a private equity sponsor with experience across 20 sub-sectors the business has been placed on a trajectory of significant growth. To further execute on the investment thesis, we are recruiting for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer. You will be expected to lead the charge to ensure the quality and efficiency of all operations, the execution of best-in-class service delivery and the company’s go to market strategy.
You will take hands-on leadership of all functional aspects of the business and you will report to a professional Board of Directors alongside a committed Private Equity partner. This role requires a forward thinking and dynamic CEO to drive accelerated growth, utilizing a national network and varied marketing channels to drive operational improvements, further geographical expansion and EBITDA/revenue growth.
Experience within a supply chain services or procurement environment will be desirable in addition to proven leadership expertise at the C-suite level with full P&L responsibility.
A very attractive compensation package is being offered that includes base salary, performance bonuses and equity participation.
